Concept and Promotion System

We support the development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices through contracted clinical trials. We are involved in the development of new drugs and, given the nature of our business, where human resources are the greatest management resource, we place particular emphasis on compliance, quality assurance, information security, and human capital.
As social demands for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) increase further, more systematic, and balanced CSR activities are necessary. To strengthen CSR, we will strive to continuously improve our CSR activities in accordance with the ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility, conducting operations in accordance with international standards.

Information Security

In the CRO business, we handle customer`s drug development and patient information. Therefore, information security is of utmost importance.
At EPS, the Quality Management Committee plays a central role in examining measures to reduce information security incidents, improving the information security management system, enhancing security, and improving the security literacy of employees through educational training.

With our main business being clinical trial supervision and the provision of specialists, human resource is our most important management resource.
We consider human resources to be our company's biggest asset and have been focusing on its development from a very early stage. We have established a training system based on general training, specialized training, and in-house training to provide highly skilled and business-oriented human resources.

Comprehensive Collaborative Agreement with Local Governments (EPS Corporation)

We have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, mainly in the areas of healthcare and social welfare.
In recent years, there has been a growing trend of collaboration among local governments, companies, and organizations to solve social issues such as population decline and super-aging society. The purpose of this agreement is to contribute to disaster response and health improvement in Tsuchiura City by effectively utilizing the knowledge, human and material resources owned by EPS corporation and Tsuchiura City and promoting various projects to respond to regional issues quickly and appropriately.
